About
We started Mind Provisions because we faced a familiar struggle: turning ideas into action.
We’re Ollie and Jonny, two friends who met in a co-working space, both brimming with ideas but constantly fighting mental fatigue and that dreaded “productivity paralysis.”
Ollie had been diagnosed with ADHD, and I (Jonny) suspected I had it, too. And we soon realised we weren’t alone; countless founders and creatives we worked with shared our daily battles.
As natural problem solvers, we looked to supplements for help. But the process was chaotic: high costs, endless trial and error, and cupboards overflowing with half-used bottles. Most products had doses too weak to make a difference, while others were heavy on stimulants—offering only short-term gains and not genuine, lasting support.
Honestly, we had tried so many that Ollie's flat looked like a pharmacy!
From this frustration, Mind Provisions took shape. Our goal was to create a science-backed supplement that supports focus, helps you get started on tasks, and keeps you going through the day without relying solely on stimulants. One that helps you get stuff done when you want, and beat that afternoon slump.
To make that happen, we teamed up with Sophie Tully, a biomedical scientist, ADHD coach, and nutritionist. Sophie brings her personal experience with ADHD and her professional research background to guide our product development. She ensures each ingredient is chosen for its real-world impact—not just what looks good on a label. Her input has of course been monumental.
We believe in balanced, long-term support for anyone struggling with focus, procrastination and low mood or motivation. Our hope is that our supplements—and the care we put into making them—offer a reliable option for those who want to do their best work and feel good doing it.
